Firm Partner Gary Riveles recently won a significant jury trial in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County on behalf of the firm's client, an Emergency Room Nurse who was one of the defendants in the case. Plaintiff alleged that our client, as well as other defendants, failed to properly evaluate and monitor the Plaintiff's decedent, resulting in a serious fall and, ultimately, the patient's death. Mr. Riveles presented an expert who testified that the Nurse had complied with the standard of care. The Jury agreed and rendered a verdict of no cause for action in favor of all Defendants.
