Richard A. Outhwaite joined Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski as a partner of the firm in 2005. He limits his practice exclusively to all aspects of family law.
Mr. Outhwaite is also listed by the United States Department of State as an attorney in New Jersey to be contacted regarding international child abduction cases. Mr. Outhwaite has lectured both at ICLE and AAML functions. He has contributed family law articles to both The New Jersey Lawyer and Matrimonial Strategist. He has been appointed by the Court as a Guardian ad Litem in child custody cases. Mr. Outhwaite has served as an arbitrator for the Union County Early Settlement Arbitration Panel since 1995. Mr. Outhwaite served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Herbert S. Glickman in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Essex County, in 1990. Practice Areas
