Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bishop was an associate litigation attorney for CNA Insurance Company, where she provided counsel and representation for matters and claims related to medical malpractice.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Bishop was employed as a licensed social worker in various medical settings, with experience in Section 8 properties and contract management. Ms. Bishop’s experience as a social worker, dealing primarily with the elderly, has given her a keen understanding of the complexities her clients face every day in managing their responsibilities. Thus, Ms. Bishop knows how important it is to articulately convey these challenges as she presents her clients’ stories to juries.
Ms. Bishop currently serves as a board trustee for Community Enterprises Corporation, a not-for-profit that manages permanent supportive housing in New Jersey for adults with special needs.
