She has represented pharmaceutical companies in multi-district litigation in federal court and was part of a national counsel team managing litigation for a pharmaceutical product. Suzanne has also been involved in reviews of FDA regulatory documents and marketing documents. She counseled sales representatives in attorney general investigations of marketing practices and investigated and interviewed potential expert witnesses.
Prior to coming to Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski, Suzanne was in-house litigation counsel for CNA for nine years. At CNA, she represented nurses, physical therapists, and nursing homes in medical malpractice litigation in state and federal court and general tort litigation matters.
Suzanne has also represented business entities and condominium boards sued for various types of employment and discrimination claims including Title VII, ADA discrimination and accommodation, wrongful termination, FMLA, and wage and hour claims. She has also represented accountants, condominium boards, and corporations in civil litigation matters involving negligence, breach of contract, professional negligence, and fraud.
