Kristin N. Badalamenti
Kristin N. Badalamenti joined Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski in December 2016. Ms. Badalamenti limits her practice exclusively to family law and divorce, including custody, parenting time, alimony, child support and payment of college expenses, equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, adoption, premarital agreements, domestic violence disputes and relocation outside of the State of New Jersey.
Ms. Badalamenti is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, Young Lawyers Division and a member of the Union County Bar Association. Ms. Badalamenti received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and Political Science undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Iona College.
Ms. Badalamenti has extensive Judicial Intern experience, including a Judicial Internship with the Honorable Catherine M. DiDomenico in the Richmond County Supreme Court, Matrimonial and Integrated Domestic Violence Part. Ms. Badalamenti has prior legal experience in Estate, Inheritance and Gift Taxation as well as Criminal Defense.
