Steven Hahn joined Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski in October 2016, where his practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of products liability, construction and commercial litigation and dispositive and appellate brief writing.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hahn served as a deputy attorney general at the New Jersey Division of Law, Employment Counseling and Labor section, from 2013 to 2016. Among other things, he represented state agencies in litigation and disputes involving state benefits, employment compliance, unfair labor practices, and contractual grievances.
Mr. Hahn served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Rebeck, J.S.C. (ret.), Law Division, in Middlesex County. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Hahn earned his juris doctor cum laude from the Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Articles Editor and London Liaison for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and as Chair of the Notre Dame London Program Honor Council. He received his undergraduate degree with high honors from Rutgers University, and was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He was an Undergraduate Associate of the Eagleton Institute of Politics and a member of the Rutgers College Honors Program.
