He is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Courts and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He served a clerkship with New Jersey Law Division Judge John F. Richardson, as well as Assignment Judge Robert E. Guterl. He has assisted in the successful defense of numerous medical malpractice and general liability cases over the past 25 years, as well as successfully participated in a number of appeals before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division, and his name appears in a number of published appellate decisions.
