Richard has handled a variety of complex medical, dental, and nursing malpractice claims, and has successfully defended physicians, dentists, nurses, and other healthcare professions. He has also represented hospitals and other healthcare facilities. An active trial attorney, Richard has tried cases in both state and federal court.
In addition to his trial work, Richard has argued before both the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He also represented physicians and other healthcare professionals in matters before the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
Richard is a graduate of Richard Stockton College and received his law degree from Widner University School of Law. He is admitted to the New Jersey and the Pennsylvania bars, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
