He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1985, then clerked for Hon. William Meehan from 1985-1986. He became a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1996, an honor held by only about 2% of NJ Civil Trial Attorneys. He has successfully defended many doctors, nurses, other healthcare providers and hospitals at trials in NJ. Since 2019 he has been listed among the “Super Lawyers”, an honor bestowed by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine on no more than 5% of NJ attorneys. He has published and lectured on many occasions for health care providers and attorneys on topics involving the interaction of the practice of law and the practice of medicine in the past, present and future. He is a member of the NJ and Morris County Bar Associations.
