His extensive experience in this specialty brings a unique perspective to advising and representing medical professionals and entities in Federal and State court matters, including jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appellate matters. Tom has counseled physicians and hospitals on a multitude of healthcare law issues. He has also represented physicians before the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.
In addition, Tom has conducted seminars for physicians, hospitals, medical schools, and attorneys on litigating medical malpractice cases, and is a contributor to the publication Medical Malpractice Law and Strategy. Tom has also been listed among the “Super Lawyers” in New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine, an honor bestowed on no more than 5% of NJ attorneys. Tom graduated from Fordham University and Seton Hall School of Law, magna cum laude. When not practicing law, Tom enjoys golf and traveling with his family.
