He has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer in the field of Civil Litigation, a distinction held by fewer than five percent of attorneys in the state.
Mr. Paulter is admitted to practice in the New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
In 2010, he was selected as a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates’ inaugural National Trial College, held at Princeton University.
Mr. Paulter completed his undergraduate studies at The College of New Jersey in 1997. In 2001, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, with additional certification from its Comparative and International Law Institute. He studied abroad at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and further honed his legal skills with responsibilities in federal agencies and foreign consulates. He has also pursued graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University SAIS and the University of Notre Dame, and recently completed a professional certification in Artificial Intelligence.
