William Wertheimer To Speak on Panel For the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey

The Honorable William L’E. Wertheimer, J.A.D. (ret.) will be a speaker on a panel for the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. The panel will address “The Do’s and Don’t’s of State and Federal Court Trial Practice.” The seminar will take place on April 23, 2015, at Mayfair Farms in West Orange, New Jersey, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A reception will follow immediately after the seminar.

Judge Wertheimer served as a Superior Court Judge for 28 years. During his tenure on the Superior Court, he served as the Presiding Judge of both the Civil and Criminal Divisions and on the Appellate Division, where he earned a reputation for his ability, his keen insight in the management of complex matters, and for his realistic resolutions of complex cases. Judge Wertheimer currently heads the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation Department. Since joining the firm, Judge Wertheimer has served as a Mediator in Class Action, patent, insurance coverage, legal and medical malpractice, contract, personal injury and employment related matters. He has also been appointed as a Special Master and Monitor for federal litigation and has been an Arbitrator in a variety of other disputes.
